A series of wooden carved artworks from a capsule collection with seto totempole souvenir, an artist based in Seto City, Aichi Prefecture, who creates wooden carved figures using local timber and scrap wood.
These works were created in resonance with the theme of TUCKSHOP 2025AW, "NOTIFICATION: OFF," which encourages stepping away from the noise and focusing on nature and oneself. Carved in a quiet environment away from digital distractions, these figures bring a small sense of "space" and "awareness" to everyday life.
Furthermore, this work also incorporates the custom of "one-eye painting" found in Japanese Daruma culture. There's the joy of nurturing your own small amulet by painting one eye with a wish and then adding the other eye when the wish is fulfilled.
This collaboration also includes a tote bag printed with the original pole. It's a special item designed to be enjoyed alongside the artwork.
The 【GRE-03】 features a green face on the top and a human-shaped figure on the bottom. Due to the artist's nature, each piece is one-of-a-kind. The logo is printed on the back.

seto totempole souvenir
An artist based in Seto City, Aichi Prefecture, who creates wooden carved figures using local timber and scrap wood. They participate in thinning activities in the Seto forests, engaging in circular manufacturing that returns local natural resources to their creations.
They re-evaluate the "handmade souvenir culture" that once existed, and through collecting and researching local toys and international folk art, they meticulously decipher the regional activities and cultural backgrounds. Based on this learning, they create wooden carved figures imbued with Seto's simplicity and warmth, aiming to convey the charm of the Seto region and create opportunities for people to visit.
