A series of wooden carved works from a capsule collection with seto totempole souvenir, an artist who creates wooden carved figures using local wood and scrap materials in Seto City, Aichi Prefecture.
These works were created in resonance with the theme of TUCKSHOP 2025AW, "NOTIFICATION: OFF" - a time to step away from the hustle and bustle and connect with nature and oneself.
These figures, carved in a quiet environment away from the digital world, bring a small "space" and "awareness" to daily life.
Furthermore, these works are compatible with the custom of "painting one eye" seen in Japanese Daruma culture.
There is also the joy of nurturing your own small charm by painting one eye with a wish and then adding the other eye when the wish is fulfilled.
This collaboration also includes a tote bag with an original pole print.
It's a special item that can be enjoyed along with the artwork.
【GRE-01】 is a human-shaped figure with a green face on top. Due to the nature of the artist's work, each piece is one-of-a-kind. The logo is printed on the back.

・As each item is handmade, there may be individual differences in color, shape, and expression.
Please enjoy these as the "fluctuations" and "flavor" not found in mass-produced items.
・Because natural materials are used, the color and texture will change over time.
We hope you enjoy the aging process, which deepens with use, as a unique charm of this work.
seto totempole souvenir
An artist based in Seto City, Aichi Prefecture, who creates wooden carved figures using local wood and scrap materials. They participate in thinning activities in the Seto forest, creating a cyclical manufacturing process that returns regional natural resources to their work.
Re-evaluating the "handmade souvenir culture" that once existed, they have carefully interpreted the local activities and cultural backgrounds through collecting and researching folk toys and overseas folk art.
Based on this learning, they create wooden carved figures that embody the simplicity and warmth of Seto, aiming to convey the charm of the Seto region and create opportunities for people to visit.
